Land development on the Sunshine Coast
Land development on the Sunshine Coast is reviewed by the Town of Gibsons, the District of Sechelt, or the Sunshine Coast Regional District, depending on where the parcel sits. Each authority maintains its own servicing standards and review cycles. Frontage, road access, and servicing options generally set the scope and cost of the civil work before design begins.
We begin most projects with a feasibility assessment of frontage, access, existing utilities, topography, and the approval path. On the Coast this usually includes municipal servicing versus on-site septic, which we assess in-house.
