We work directly for municipalities and regional districts on the capital projects that maintain public infrastructure. On the Sunshine Coast that is usually the Town of Gibsons and the Sunshine Coast Regional District. The same pattern holds in Sea-to-Sky and across the North Shore when a local government needs a civil engineer close to the work.
The projects include: road reconstruction, watermain upgrades, culvert replacements, a trenchless sewer repair, a parking-lot rebuild. We can scope the project, issue the drawings, tender it, and carry it through construction review.

Our offices are located in Gibsons, Squamish, and West Vancouver. We operate as a closely integrated team, with our engineers and project staff working collaboratively from design through construction to maintain continuity, responsiveness, and practical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
For municipal capital projects, that structure allows us to stay engaged during construction and respond quickly to site conditions, coordination issues, and design reviews as they arise.
Where projects require specialty analysis or modelling, including PCSWMM stormwater modelling, pressure-reducing valve studies, or water network modelling, we complete that work in-house rather than relying on outside subconsultants. Maintaining those capabilities internally helps streamline coordination, reduce review delays, and keep projects moving efficiently through design and construction.
