Septic work applies to properties where municipal sanitary is not available. Where there is a municipal system to connect to, the health authority will usually require that connection instead, so septic is for sites genuinely beyond the reach of the municipal network. We handle the full scope: site assessment, percolation testing, system design, filing with the health authority, and installation oversight.

Number of bedrooms, residential vs. commercial, year-round vs. seasonal. The flow loading sets the system size.
Existing percolation data, if any
If a previous designer ran tests, send the report. If not, we'll book the perc test as part of the project.
