Stormwater Management
Stormwater modelling, pond design, and drainage strategies sized to your site and the downstream receiver. We design to what the site actually requires — not a conservative default that inflates cost and shrinks your developable area.
Stormwater sized to the site and the receiver.
Stormwater management is part of almost every development we work on: pre- and post-development runoff, detention design, infiltration, water quality, and the reports the municipality requires. We have hands-on PCSWMM modelling experience for sites where the rational method and spreadsheet tools are not enough, including large catchments, complex downstream connections, and jurisdictions that require dynamic modelling.
Because we usually handle grading, servicing, and subdivision layout on the same project, we set the stormwater strategy around how the site already drains, rather than fitting ponds to a layout that is already locked in. On projects where the wrong detention strategy can double the pond footprint or the servicing cost, that ordering keeps the budget realistic.
Drainage designed to the site, not forced onto it.

What we handle directly.
Modelling and pond design as a standalone scope.
Stormwater modelling and pond design are also available as a standalone scope for consulting firms that do not have that capability in-house. We take the project brief, run the model, size the infrastructure, and issue the report.

Site Servicing
Water, storm, and sanitary design prepared to the standard of the municipality reviewing it. We scope drawings to what the approving authority needs — not a generic package that comes back with a comment list.
Subdivision Services
Subdivision design from single lot splits through large multi-lot developments. We manage the file from feasibility through final acceptance, including the agency coordination that stalls most projects.
