Shíshálh Nation Industrial Park, Lot 314

The Shíshálh Nation Industrial Park at Lot 314 is a civil servicing project on shíshálh land, supporting industrial lease lots that bring tenants onto Nation-owned property and contribute to Nation-led economic development. The work needed to land tender-ready so that contractors could price confidently and lease lots could come to market on schedule.

We provided civil engineering across detail design, tender documentation, and ongoing construction administration. The site servicing design covered the underground utility infrastructure, road frontage works, and the supporting drawing package for tender procurement.

The design and tender package was delivered, and the project moved into construction. We are carrying the project through construction with contract administration and field reviews.
