Margaret Road in Roberts Creek (unincorporated SCRD, Ministry of Transportation jurisdiction) is the site of an 8-lot subdivision being delivered by Click Modular Homes. The developer held a 2020 Preliminary Layout Review (eDAS 2020-00158) from MoTT but needed a civil engineering team to convert the PLR conditions into a permittable drawing set.

We are providing civil engineering for the PLR-response phase, with scope covering subdivision lot layout, roadworks plan and profile, water and stormwater servicing, master drainage analysis, on-lot stormwater management at maximum bylaw coverage, and the supporting stormwater drainage report including the climate-change resilience design criteria sheet now expected on Roberts Creek subdivisions.

The PLR-response package is in MoTT review. Construction services and record drawings will follow as the file clears MoTT, SCRD, and Vancouver Coastal Health.
