528 Marine Drive is a waterfront-adjacent lot in lower Gibsons being developed with a 2-unit duplex. The site sits at an elevation where reliable sanitary service required working around limited gravity options and committing to a pump system.

We provided civil engineering for the building permit, with scope covering site grading, site servicing, Erosion and Sediment Control, and general construction notes and details for the Town of Gibsons. With gravity sanitary not viable, the design specified a Zoeller sanitary sump pump system sized to the lot's hydraulic conditions.

The Issued for Construction drawings were released in February 2026. The project is one of the Town's "missing middle" infill builds, adding a second residential unit on a lot that previously held one within the existing urban boundary.
