The shared parking area between the Gibsons Curling Club and the Gibsons Swimming Pool required several upgrades within a single project: replacement and regrading of degraded asphalt, accessibility grading at both building entrances, additional parking and access between the buildings, upgraded stormwater infrastructure through the parking and access areas, and a dedicated communal garbage disposal area. The Town of Gibsons wanted a near construction-ready drawing package and a detailed budget estimate for future project planning, with the ability to move quickly once funding is available.

We provided civil engineering for the upgrade package, structured in four submission stages so delivery to the Town stayed linear and clear. Submissions were presented at 35% (Concept), 65% (Preliminary), 95% (Detailed), and Issued for Pricing.

The delivery model let the Town comment at distinct stages, so client requests were folded in without reopening finished work. The package carries detailed schematics at a near construction level, so when funds become available implementation can follow quickly.
